The chalet we stayed in was fabulous. Exactly what you need on a skiing holiday. Warm rooms, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchenette and a space for a family to have dinners and board games together after a day on the slopes.
The communication with the managing agent was very good, very thorough and very helpful. We also felt very well looked after throughout our stay.
The access to the chalet was via very steep steps which is fine for a fit person but could be a bit tricky for small children, buggies, or elderly with a limited mobility.
The boiler was a little temperamental too, but it was sorted as soon as we reported it to the manager.
