A really nice, comfortable apartment. Well decorated and maintained. The owner sent a helpful email before my arrival giving all the information necessary. Nice views; located near the historic centre of Nieuwpoort, with the market square a few minutes' walk away. A cycle route led to the apartment, with mostly easy paths all the way from Dunkirk. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and about ten minutes' walk from the tram stop of Nieuwpoort Stad. Ten minutes on the tram to the beach at Nieuwpoort Bad.

Nothing bad: bear in mind it's on the third floor and there's no lift, but not a problem for us. Also the toilet is outside the apartment on the landing, but only two paces away.

Tolle Lage, ausreichende Ausstattung, Sauberkeit hätte an manchen Stellen besser sein können.

Die Lage. Es waren nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten Supermarkt und auch zur nächsten Haltestelle der Kusttram. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war toll. Sie hat unmittelbar geantwortet. In der Wohnung lag auch eine Mappe mit vielen wichtigen Informationen. Außerdem war zum Kochen alles da, was man brauchte. Dass die Toilette auf dem Flur ist, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber war für uns okay.

In der Duschkabine war in mehreren Fugen Schimmel. Die Gastgeberin darauf angesprochen, bekam ich die Antwort, dass die Wohnung im Januar sowieso renoviert werden würde und dann der Schimmel beseitigt sei. Ein Störrgefühl akut was an der Schimmelbeseitigung zu tun, gab es nicht. Haben wir dann selbst im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten übernommen. Außerdem war einiges an Geschirr von den vorherigen Nutzern nicht gut gespült worden.

goede prijs/kwaliteit en mooie ruime flat, praktisch ingedeeld en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeer netjes en aangenaam ingericht

het was zeer warm binnen en geen airco, zelfs met open ramen en stores dicht bleef het zeer warm toilet op de gang en onder schuin dak wat niet handig is en er is geen verluchting zeer hard bed

Helemaal niets eigenlijk, als ik dan toch moet muggenziften was het hoofdkussen voor mij persoonlijk iets te dun, maar ik heb ze dan alle 2 in gebruik genomen en probleempje opgelost

Situation idéale à deux pas du centre ville et de toutes les commodités, jolie vue sur le parc Leopold II donnant l'occasion de voir de beaux couchers de soleil, petit appartement sous le toit bien agencé, super équipement de la cuisine, un plus pour la machine à lessiver lors de longs séjours, literie confortable, hôte aimable et disponible.

Toilette exigüe (Pas top pour les grand(e)s!) et sur le palier (Pas pratique pendant la nuit!).

Kleine doch zeer knusse, leuk ingerichte studio. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig, keukengerief, ijskast, diepvries, beddegoed, tv, werkelijk,alles. Super goed bed van 160 cm. Prima administratieve ondersteuning van Melissa.

Klein minpuntje, het "eigen" toilet is op de gang.

Het is een leuke, kleine studio waar alles, maar dan ook alles is, van airco tot stofzuiger tot koffie. Alles in een spic en span conditie. Prachtich uitzicht.

Studio de bon rapport qualité prix.Nous avons aimé la déco et tout l' équipement.Petit bémol pour le bruit et les toilettes sur le palier séparée de l' appartement et sous pente.Quand on mesure 1,90m c 'est particulier. Propreté irréprochable,bonne literie et bon contact avec l' hote.Petit bémol,j' ai eu de gros problèmes d' allergies avec le parfum d' ambiance des sanitaires,problème résolu partiellement en le plaçant sur le palier pendant le séjour.

Les toilettes sur le palier sous la pente du toit et le parfum d' ambiance très chimique.
