Very quiet area close to the funicular to the old city. Large apartment with much space to relax. parking available on the premises at moderate price which was much appreciated. Nice restaurants and bars in the area, much less busy and expensive than in the old town. Special mention for the Rotta Vino Enoteca that is a must to visit for a nice end of evening !
The furniture in the apartment is very basic and not very practical. A few armchairs and a table in the living area would be great. The high table with standard chairs in the dining area is just hilarious. A very nice apartment with potential that could be a real gem with some adequate furniture.

Everything was fine, besides a few things that weren't. Nothing that would stop anyone from enjoying a short, or long staying.
Building gate access via online app.
The 2 elevators are not suitable for wheelchairs or normal sized baby strollers.
Although the apartment can accommodate more than a couple of people thanks to the second bedroom and the open space sofa, only the master bedroom mattress is somewhat decent (for my personal standards).
Bathroom - the shower head needed replacement, while the bathtub sink drain needed a proper unclogging.
