The location was superb with an uninterrupted view from dining/living room of Achill Sound and the mountains beyond.
In addition the location was very quiet and peaceful. However Athill Sound shops were very close; only a few minutes drive away.
Some kitchen utensils were lacking but when we raised this issue with our host he arranged for two items to be delivered to us the next day.

The property was spotlessly clean with modern and comfortable furnishings. More importantly, the views were stunning and it was convenient for the shops and pubs in Achill Sound. The charge point in the nearby car park is very convenient for an EV driver.
It was challenging to get in, arriving late at night in the rain. It would be super helpful if the property had a name plate on the garden wall by the gate.

The view from the property is beautiful. Very clean and well kept place. Nice kitchen to make your own meals if needed.
There is a cozy pub just around the corner for the pint of Guinness :)
