Très bonne communication du personnel, répondent aux demandes très rapidement
Lit pas confortable et le sofa-lit a remplacer(très inconfortable). Bruit d’un appareil du commerce en dessous. La propreté des murs à revoir. Chaîne Télé seulement en espagnol

Location was very good
Shower was not clean, needs a total deep clean, toenail clippings in shower and bathroom floor, lighting -lamp in living room very harsh. The pool was closed and we feel we should have been advised of this at the time of taking our booking.

Todo Genial,de verdad,Lidl enfrente,a poquito de la playa,la piscina solo es dar la vuelta al edificio y la casa superbién.
Que sigue sin cerrar bién la puerta de la terraza y si pueden añadir una cazuela grande pues genial😅

Fully equipped with everything you need including shower gel, toilet rolls, washing liquid, towels. plates, cutlery etc. Excellent aircon, reasonably close to beach and central to bars/restaurants, across the road from Lidl which was a bonus. Agents were very good at communication and allowed us to check in early which was great, easy to pick up keys as office was only a minute away from the apartment. Lovely outlook at the front overlooking the gardens and pool with a nice furnished balcony
Standard/quality of apartment was below what we expected and could do with upgrading.
- Quite tired generally, albeit functional. The advert photos must have been taken when the apartment was new as they do not resemble it in real life.
- Bathroom was below standard, constant damp smell from drains, with lots of ants. It was functional but not somewhere to relax in. Sliding bathroom door means its not very private as it doesnt fully cover the door opening.
- Ant infestation which was apparent when entering with several ant traps around the apartment, Agents gave us more traps when we informed them of this issue but chemicals cannot be used. Ants in all rooms including main bedroom.
- Patio door very stiff and would not lock or shut properly (we couldnt align the bolt with the hole) so had to use the metal pull down shutters when we left the apartment and when we went to bed for security. (this is probably where the ants are getting in as there is a gap even when closed). Not a huge issue but really needs sorting.
The apartment could be great if some money was spent on upgrading, sadly due to the issues mentioned we wont come back and would not recommend. However the agents were really good and friendly/helpful so would probably use them again to book another apartment in future
