Excellent location, so quiet and peaceful, cottage was clean, hot tub excellent and the basket of food and tea, coffee, sugar on arrival was a nice touch.

Very clean and spacious cottage. Beautifully kept with a lovely private garden area.
Only negative was that the duvet was a goose feather one. I suffered with breathing difficulties during the stay and only found out about the duvet at the end as we were asked to strip the bed before checking out. It would be advisable to have a non allergenic duvet as this may cause problems for others too

A very clean cottage, which was well provisioned. Easy parking next to the cottage, and very handy for Somerley House where we were attending a wedding.
The shower temperature control did not work, making for a scalding shower!

The location was very nice, being close to the Blashford lakes and within easy distance to shops and other tourist attractions.
The outside area let it down, there were weeds at the entrance yard and in the area around the hot tub, it smelt as if someone had had a BBQ and it had not been cleaned up, there were ash trays full of ash and it felt uncared for, which was a shame, as the hot tub was nice, but there was nothing to make it special, such as lighting or plants etc.
The house was generally clean, but the sofa's smelt quite bad, so we did'nt want to sit on them.
