Location, peaceful, size of accommodation. Well equipped kitchen.
The wet room drain needed clearing. It was full of dirt and old soap so blocked very easily.
It was a shame the cafe was shut due to sickness and the shop was not very well stocked (just snacks), but I can understand, that as a charity, there is probably not an opportunity to stock lots as there could be a risk of losing funds.

we've got very hot summer but the fridge in the lodge was not cold at all. perhaps the maintenance team can double check the compliances more often?

Everything that was needed was supplied.
The staff were very welcoming.
More bins for the recycled waste is needed.

The forest cabin was clean, warm and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, and fun bunks for the kids. Perfect for us x2 adults and x2 kids
The lounge area needs a lamp for the evening, as it was either main lights and full brightness or tv and lights off.
