It was brand new, everything was very clean. It was as expected for a brand name hotel - the breakfast was good, everything was extremely clean, the check in process was smooth and the rooms were clean and had nice furniture.
The soundproofing wasn’t as good as I expected for a new hotel. We could hear the room above us and some highway noise, though I was able to sleep okay and would not have been with worse road noise. I also found the shopping centre car park it is in to be a bit stressful to drive in, which is mostly because I am an anxious driver.
