Property was super clean, Paul was great hot tub was super hot which I loved! Staff was super nice and helpful and everything was all around close proximity to downtown and just super clean love that

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown and had an excellent experience. The room was comfortable, relatively spacious, and very clean. The bed was cozy, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the TV had a personalized welcome message. The bathroom included lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and having a microwave in the room was very convenient. Service was quick and efficient, with easy self-check-in and self-checkout. Whenever I needed help through the app, the response was prompt. The location is perfect, close to bars and within walking distance of the main street. My husband and I walked to a nearby bar, had a few drinks, and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good ... room was fine

Paid to have my dog, but hotel had zero dog areas to walk them and potty them. Was told by hotel staff to use the median in the busy ass road in front of the hotel . Or use the dog park i miles away. If you can't support dogs, don't allow em. Restaurant is trying to kill people with the horrendously high amounts of salt on everything.... couldn't even eat the steaks. Pillows are too small, might as well be airplane pillows ... And nit water pressure at all ... took half hour to rinse. The soap off of me. I thought the hilten garden was supposed to be a step up from Hampton Inn, but it's not even in the same class.
