I liked everything, the location is very convenient(about a 15min walk to the train station, with a metro station and tram stop nearby, as well as many shops and cafes. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, there was good WiFi, and a smart TV. The check-in instructions were very detailed, so there were no questions or difficulties

- Service. We asked to leave our bags before check-in since we arrived in Warsaw in the morning, and they declined and said they don't offer that service. We also asked for some shampoo and body wash after we did check in, and they declined us again saying they don't provide that for guests. - Cleanliness. The apartment was quite dirty and the bed sheets had stains on it. - Bed. The mattress was really hard and they just provided one small blanket for both of us. - Noise. There is a lot of construction outside and it is very noisy from trams and cars.
