The location, furnishings, and view from the balcony were good. It's a shame that everything else was terrible, and these positives became secondary.

The property does not answer the phone number listed. The answering machine leaves a message in Polish that is incomprehensible to non-Polish speakers. They respond to emails ONLY in Polish, even though we asked them to answer in English because we don't speak Polish. We had reserved parking for our car and asked several times how to use it. They only responded by telling us the parking fee, but NEVER explained how to access the garage. They told us there would be someone on site, but there was no one. So we had to leave the car on the street. The apartment is very nice, but it's a shame that the essential amenities for a comfortable stay were missing. A tea towel, two placemats for the dining table, a corkscrew or bottle opener, and a sharp knife were missing. There were only two small cups without saucers for breakfast, and other useful tableware was missing. The information for accessing the property was incomplete and inaccurate. We struggled a bit to figure out how to use the padlock to open the mailbox to get the keys. There was also an electronic key (not indicated in the confusing instructions they gave us). No information was provided on how to use the electronic key, which we learned after several attempts. There were no signs in the apartment for accessing the internet. We asked how to access the internet and they always answered in Polish, providing an incorrect internet address and password. Upon further inquiries, they provided us (answering ONLY in Polish) with four different passwords, telling us to try which one was correct (sic!). There is no shower; there is only a bathtub with no non-slip bottom. It is VERY dangerous to shower in there. The bedroom is very small; on one side, the distance between the bed and the wall is less than 40 centimeters. Other small defects and imperfections made our stay in the apartment unpleasant. It's a shame, because the apartment deserves more care and attention from the (anonymous) owners.
