Penny and her husband are super welcoming and will try everything to make you feel at home, they drove me around a few times. I had stayed only a couple of nights but this type of rentals is meant to be rented a bit more, especially if you have a car to drive around as the place is not in the city center but just at the outskirt of it. Bed was super comfy, location was quiet and opened day and night. The studio was an ok size if you are alone.
As said in other comments, really tiny bathroom not that practical.
Wifi was average.
Global coziness of the studio and outside could be a bit better.

Η καθαριότητα που υπήρχε σε καθημερινή βάση, η ησυχία, η τοποθεσία (στην άκρη της πόλης) και κάποιες λεπτομέρειες σε παροχές που δε της συναντάς εύκολα.. όπως πλυντήριο ρούχων, καινούργια κουζίνα και μεγάλη ντουλάπα στη κρεβατοκάμαρα με πολλά κρεμαστάρια. Άψογη, ευγενική και κατατοπιστική στις οδηγίες της η Νόπη (ιδιοκτήτρια) σχετικά με το νησί (παραλίες,εστιατόρια, αξιοθέατα κλπ)
Η πολύ μικρή τουαλέτα που τη συνηθίσαμε όμως μετά από κάνα δυό μέρες και προσαρμοστήκαμε… Ότι είχε μέσα ήταν καλής ποιότητας και τα αναλώσιμα τα πρόσφερε με το παραπάνω… Ακόμα και πετσέτες που ζητήσαμε έξτρα… μας δόθηκαν αμέσως και πολλές.

Penny was a very nice host. When we wanted to use the washing machine, she made sure it was plugged in and there was laundry detergent. She also responded very fast and was really helpful. The kitchen was fully equiped which made it easy to cook a (simple) meal. The car could be parked on the property which we preferred. The apartment was also very clean and got cleaned every other day which was very nice.
We thought the bed was very hard.
The bathroom was really small.
