Staff were very helpful and available even in the later hours if needed. Cleaner lady was very nice. Pool was very clean and in a fantastic location. Was very pleased to have a small kitchen with appliances.

Cleaning wasn’t quite daily. Would have liked fresh bedding and new towels more often. Air conditioning was a little dated. For someone who likes the room cool after a hot day it takes a while for the room to cool down.

El personal fue muy atento. La habitacion para 3 personas es amplia y la cocina tiene lo necesario aunque una cafetera pequeña hubiese sido perfecta. Las camas eran muy cómodas y disfrutamos de la piscina después de las diferentes excursiones. Que más se puede pedir. Sinceramente, no sabría decir cuál es la zona ideal para alojarse en Zante, porque para ir a cualquier lugar se necesita coche y Laganas lo vi too much, lo que si que puedo decir es que recomiendo ir por la tarde/noche a pasear y cenar a la capital es ideal porque está a 10’ en coche.

Location. Modern clean finish, great views, accessibility to Argasio. Good air conditioning. Good Wi-Fi (if you can get the code). Daily room cleaning. Apartment complex NEXT DOOR that had nice pool, pool bar, and English speaking staff who are very happy for you to use their facilities.

BEWARE, Kostas wanted CASH to cover the cost of the room ON ARRIVAL. He, like many other establishments only take cash (Greece has 24% VAT!). We were not expecting a demand for cash only and this proved very expensive as we had to use ATMs and our credit cards to get enough cash. My card was then blocked due to suspicious activity! We were double booked on the first night and had to stay elsewhere, (to be fair we did get advanced warning). Kostas spoke no English whatsoever so Google translate or some other translator is vital. Particularly as there are no instructions for the room and you have to ask him for verbal instructions for WiFi code, instructions for the safe etc. They advertise satellite television but the signal is useless so in reality it doesn’t work. Finally we had no hot water for three days which we did not bother to mention due to the language barrier and the weather was so hot anyway. Whilst the property is in a good location and Kostas tried his best to be hospitable this is not suitable for your average English speaking tourist.
