The staff have been very rude to my wife. We had 2 young children with us and they refuse to help us with the luggage and told us that they don’t care.

We booked a superior room. You get a balcony which in my opinion makes a difference. The room is dated but spacious and very very clean. We had 2 bottles of water in the fridge and gowns and slippers in the wardrobe. Our bathroom had a shower curtain but only along one side so it didn't cling to you. The staff were all lovely. On the roof the pool and lounge area, with a Café and bar which converts in to a restaurant after 7.00pm. The views here are absolutely excellent. Unfortunately my photos won't upload at the moment. They are excellent during the day and even better with the lights at night time. The prices up there are a little dearer but worth it for the views. We only stayed 1 night as we were staying in Tsilivi. But we would definitely stay there again without hesitation. The breakfast was excellent as well. The location for the square and the harbour don't get any better.

It's my second time at this hotel and I loved it.But the staff is really good but then one of the staff asked me to pay for 50 euro eventhough I asked if we can check out one hour after as my one year old son is still sleeping with his nap. Prefferably will not be back again but most of the staff are very friendly and accomodating. I loved my room with a view with the harbour and off course self with the island.

Hotel is apparently rated as 4*, I would struggle to give it more than 2*. Although clean, it is very dated. Mattress was like a rock. Bathroom with clingy shower curtain. Breakfast had a decent selection & overall not bad quality, except only 1 machine for tea & coffee to cater for approx 100 people at the time I was there.
