Grand Playa 301 is a Gulf Front condo, Newly Renovated 3rd floor unit, that is located directly on Highway 30A. It offers incredible views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom! On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the emerald coast. This spacious condo accommodates up to seven guests. Grand Playa is located right in the middle of 30A very close to Seaside.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps 7
- Master bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Large Shower and Dual Vanity
- Second bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite bath
- Third bedroom: Twin over King Bunk perfect for the kids. Hall bathroom is not attached but close by with tub.

• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Lovely condo. Very clean. Nice pool. Nice view. Loved the porch. Extremely easy access to the beach with convenient chair and umbrella rental service readily available. Hope to visit again!

We had a fabulous time. Lived the view and enjoyed mornings on the balcony. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Location was great! Beach access and pool were excellent. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The listing was identical to what we got. The view was unbelievable! Sheila, property manager, was extremely responsive and was attentive to all needs. I would recommend this property.
