The villa was amazing, loads of space & the grounds were great. The swimming pool was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos but it was still a great. The host Joan was great, we communicated through WhatsApp & he was always extremely quick to reply.

1st - on arrival we were told the a/c was on a timer from 9pm-5am (5am with 4 older teenagers is not ideal) this is the 1st I’d heard of this and not overly impressed. Especially given the forecast for the week which was 35-40c. Even at 6.30am it was already 27-29c. The a/c is only in the 4 bedrooms, which is fine but again this needs to be on the website when booking. Luckily I found the timer controlling the A/C units & turned it on to manual. 2nd - a fairly small gripe in comparison, the showers in the 2 upstairs bathrooms are really bad. It’s like trying to shower under a slow running tap. The downstairs one was ok but still not the a lit of water pressure. Everything else was amazing.

Great location to really relax with lots of space and a fantastic pool, with Mountain view’s. Indoor and out door areas were immaculate, added bonus of a table tennis table at the side of the patio. Aircon was needed and a welcome luxury in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The best villa we have ever stayed in!

The BBQ was not functioning correctly (minor and could be sorted by the owner) A strong smell of sewage from the en-suite sink every morning (minor and could be easily sorted) Ants in the downstairs kitchen cupboards and under sink bin area, easily sorted. A handbook/guide in English and other languages would have been useful stating exactly where to take recycling, local shops and restaurants etc.

Das Grundstück liegt wunderschön unterhalb der Berge umrandet von Oliven- und Mandelbäumen.

Insgesamt hat das Haus seine Zeit schon überschritten, viele der Matratzen waren mehr als durchgelegen, zwei von drei Badezimmer waren sauber, aber nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Zeit. Warmwasser hat für das Duschen von zwei Personen gereicht. Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als unzureichend, Teller und Gläser nicht gespült bzw. nicht sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer war mehr als schwierig, konnte absolut nur Spanisch, kein Englisch.
