Ses Rentadores is an elegant country house located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, close to the village of Selva, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. This spacious and beautifully maintained property combines traditional Mallorcan architecture with contemporary design, high-quality materials and carefully designed spaces for enjoying both indoor and outdoor living.
The house has four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed on request. Set over two floors, it offers spacious living areas, a comfortable lounge, a large dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen and several terraces overlooking the surrounding landscape.
On the ground floor, there is one of the bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining room, a guest toilet and direct access to the terraces, swimming pool and garden. The upper floor houses the remaining three bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a sitting area, dressing room and large private terraces. Two of the bedrooms also have their own private terrace.
The outdoor area is one of the property's main highlights. The garden and terraces offer several spaces for relaxing, dining outdoors or enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine. The 10 x 5 metre private swimming pool features a saltwater chlorination system and waterfall and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower, jacuzzi and barbecue.
Ses Rentadores is equipped with air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WiFi, satellite TV, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Families travelling with children will also find a cot and high chair available.
