About this house rental
Casa May is a beautiful, newly renovated townhouse with a swimming pool in the charming little village of Selva, within walking distance of the main square with its bars and restaurants. The spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There is a rooftop terrace with lounge furniture that offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains, the church of Selva—which is beautifully lit at night—and even the bay of Alcudia.
The chlorine-treated pool is nice and refreshing during the warmer months. There are 4 sun loungers and a small covered terrace at the back of the garden with a lounge sofa overlooking the swimming pool. Next to the outdoor lounge area is an outdoor bathroom.
Upon entering the house, you’ll find a bathroom on your left. Additionally, the first floor features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. For the colder months, there’s a fireplace. The lounge area features a lovely, cozy sofa and a smart TV.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 1 with two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en suite and features a separate shower and bathtub.
Next to the kitchen is a terrace with a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners on warm summer nights.
Selva is a lovely, authentic Spanish village nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, serving as an excellent starting point for hikes and bike adventures.
PS: There are many small steps inside the house, which add a lot of charm to the place but might not be ideal for families with very young children or elderly guests.
