The perfect vacation getaway awaits at the well-maintained Regency Condo’s located only a short 15-20 minute drive from Fort Myers Beach, in the center of Fort Myers, Florida.
This adorable, maritime-themed two-bedroom, one-bathroom first-floor Condo has been newly renovated and upgraded. The Condo is ideal for two but fully equipped for a family vacation with a child, but can also easily sleep a guest or two on a pull-out sofa. There is a small patio with a bench to sit by the front door and a small private screened-in lanai accessible from the guest bedroom. The kitchen features granite counter-tops and comes with everything needed for a cook-out. The Condo is tiled throughout, except for the carpeted master bedroom, both bedrooms provide a generous-sized closet.
The community offers a heated communal pool, a SPA, BBQ grills and picnic areas, a Bocce court and Shuffleboard for some outdoor fun, and a small gym. The Regency Room is utilized for meetings or private gatherings, but also offers a billiard table which can be used by the community members and a library. There are three laundromat’s on the premises, and assigned parking.

The condo was very modern, well equipted and convenient to everything.....we loved the condo...our only complaint was our neighbor had numerous dogs that barked at all hours.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months while our Fort Myers home was under construction; we were flooded during Hurricane Ian.
The location is perfect! The condo was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is the perfect size for 2 people. There is a sofa sleeper in the 2nd bedroom, but the condo would be a bit cramped with 3 or 4 people.
We would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area!

The condo/townhouse was very clean and decorated nicely. All the necessary kitchen items were available, the shower had good pressure, the bed was comfortable, the area was very accessible and felt safe and the parking pass provided for under cover parking. And the property managers were very helpufl. I would stay here again.
