About this apartment rental
This Luxurious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully equipped Condo is located in the exclusive gated community of Windsor Palms, Kissimmee, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Our condo is beautifully decorated throughout and located on the top floor (2nd floor UK, 3rd floor USA - no elevator ) meaning no disturbance from above. It offers a spacious and comfortable vacation home that is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard including WiFi high-speed internet, free long distance and international calls (does not include European/UK mobile numbers), 4 flat-screen TVs (lounge has a smart TV) and DVD player, for your entertainment and relaxation.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double/queen size bed, with bedroom 3 having twin beds. There is also a memory foam fold up bed to sleep a 7th person, plus a fold-up crib for a baby.
The kitchen is well stocked and has a full-size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher so when you choose to eat in you'll find all the equipment there. The dining area seats 6/7 comfortably.
In November 2019, a new wooden floor was installed in the lounge area and new carpets were laid in every bedroom. A Kurig coffee maker is a recent addition to the kitchen facilities and also a new fridge/freezer was purchased in 2024.
Parts of the condo have also been repainted maintaining the existing décor.
For the golfers - there is a set of golf clubs at the condo that guests are welcome to use.
We have an excellent local 24-hour management company in place should there be any issues and cleaning arrangements are first class.
Please note that when reading the reviews, HomeAway have been inaccurate in stating that they relate to a previous owner. My wife and myself have owned the property since 2010 and have been renting since then. Sadly my wife died late 2019. I am now the sole owner but it has been deemed that I am new owner.
COVID-19 cleanliness:
Through our management company and their cleaners, we are adopting the CDC guidelines relating to rental homes expanding on the requirements for cleanliness and disinfecting required by the State of Florida. We are following the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Cleaning Guidelines for COVID-19. As a result the property has undergone a recent deep cleaning/sanitizing process to meet the SAFEHOME guidelines.

We were in town with AAU Volleyball Nationals. Location was clean, safe and had so much to do! We absolutely loved it!

My family of 4 recently stayed here. It is as described, gated community off the beaten path which is great. The place has been maintained well, far better than a hotel. Everyone appreciated their own space and the gathering areas to join as a family. You wont be disappointed with your stay here. Its very family friendly and the community center was filled with great people too. If you're on the fence get off and plan your stay!

Property was awesome, very safe and quiet, close to everything, the owners and managers were great to work with very helpful, the place was super clean and perfect for our family, looking forward to our next trip to Florida and stay here

Overall this place was nice and comfortable. It does state it is a 3rd floor Condo. I just didn't expect the steps to be so steep. We ordered food a few times and even the drivers were winded coming up the stairs. This might be difficult for older family members or small children. Also after being in the parks all day climbing those stairs was a lot. The Master bed hurt my back. I think the mattress just need to be replaced. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed and it was close to shopping, food and DIsney which was a plus for us. I think this was a good and affordable place to stay near Disney.
