The heated pool and hot tub were cold when we got there, and wasn’t really any hotter than a warm bath by time we left, which was fine for the pool, but not for a hot tub that we would have loved to relax in after walking around the theme parks for 11 hours. Other than that, the house was comfortable.

Very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Amenities were great. I did take a star off because I could not get a hold of the owners at all and they did not communicate with me at all during the duration of the stay. And the property management company gave me the run around. Also, we did see two large roaches in the kitchen and hundreds of ants in the master bedroom but it is Florida! Overall very pleasant experience and the house is vary spacious.

It was a beautiful home, there was a small problem with the pool at first but the owners and contact were so fast to respond and fix it. Loved the place thank you!!!

I’ve rented through VRBO many times, always get an inbox message with check in instructions to my inbox. Nothing from this homeowner….i messaged twice and ended up calling. The house was not at all clean….smudges or something on all the appliances in the kitchen. Floors were dirty. Toothpaste specks on the mirrors. Windows don’t lock. No dishcloths….only sponges (not new ones) to do dishes. One washcloth in each of the 3 bathrooms. Pool was not warm even though we paid an extra 30.00 a day for it to be warm. Found several items that obviously belonged to past guests….credit card, magic band. If you aren’t at least picking up that sort of thing you are not cleaning.
