We were in town for cheer comp overall the house was spacious and had everything you needed! Would stay again

The house was just perfect for our family of 5. The teens all had their own bedrooms and the boys particularly enjoyed the pool table and fussball that they played on every day! They also made the most of the pool which we paid to have heated and the toys in the outside chest. Having the lanai was great as for once, no one got bitten when having an evening swim! The kitchen was very well equipped and the ensuite to the master bedroom was bigger than our whole bedroom at home! The house felt so spacious and the sofas and beds were very comfortable, although the beds were squeaky. I would highly recommend this house and also due to its 15 mins drive to Disney plus close proximity to the 192 with all its restaurants. The nearest Walmart is only 5 mins drive away and is open til midnight. If you’re wondering whether to book this house then I would say just go for it, you will be very happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fully equipped with what we needed. The beds were comfy and the decor was nicely updated. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking. It was located in a perfect area to drive a short distance to the baseball fields we needed to go to in Lakeland and Davenport.
Grateful that the property manager, Gwen, was very prompt about addressing the pool heater that was not working. Which we paid extra to have given the late winter month of March. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced so we had a very cold pool. We were told we would get a refund but I have not heard back from Gwen (property manager) about that refund. We have been home for 1 week.
Hopefully this prompts the initiation of returning that money.

the villa was great to stay in, very clean and well kept.
there where towels just by the door in a basket to use outside in the pool area.
loads of toilets and very spacious.
only issue is that the pool skimmer should of been on as there was a lot of stuff on the pool surface.
