Podstawową zaletą tego miejsca jest cena - przyjechałam na chwilę załatwić sprawę urzędową, więc zależało mi na noclegu w niskiej cenie. Kolejne zalety to czystość, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia dostępna w obiekcie, kawa i herbata dla gości, lodówka i czajnik elektryczny w pokoju. Cisza i spokój, bez tłumów nadmorskich. Generalnie obiekt ma duży potencjał głównie dla turystyki rowerowej.
Gdybym przyjeżdżała na dłużej w celach turystycznych to raczej bym nie wybrała tego miejsca, nawet mimo atrakcyjnej ceny - lokalizacja raczej dla rowerzystów lub wymagająca podjeżdżania wszędzie samochodem. Na piechotę do morza około godzina drogi, do sklepu ok.30 min. itd. Do poprawki oznaczenie obiektu oraz wyposażenie pokoju, które przy dłuższym pobycie byłoby zbyt ubogie np brak krzeseł i stołu, brak wieszaków na ubrania i parę innych drobiazgów.

Bardzo czyste i zadbane pokoje. W pełni wyposażone. Jak również w kuchni też nic nie brakuje. Bardzo miła obsługa. Duży plus to również łazienka w każdym pokoju. Dodatkowym atutem jest również internet. Gorąco polecam.

Nowy, czysty i zadbany obiekt położony niedaleko Ustki. Bardzo sympatyczna właścicielka, która od razu zaproponowała, żebym wzięła rower do pokoju. Pokóǰ przestronny, świetnie działający internet i tv. Do dyspozycji duża, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia połączona z miejscem do spożywania posiłków. Na plus ekspres do kawy.
