Location is top, lookout from balcony is top, the size of apt. is top.
Smell of humid wall just behind the bed is uncomfortable. The kitchenware is old, when you open the cabinets or drawer you fell smell of not maintaned kitchen. THE WORST is the shower area, no maintanance, on the bottom of hardly movable glass door is rust, dirt, in the shower corner is a mould, the bottom of bath is tired.Toilet brush destruoed. CANNOT UNDERSTAND JUST FEW REVIEWERS MENTIONED THAT.
IT COMPLETELY RUINED THE IMPRESSION OF THE APARTMENT.
The owner probably doesn’t visit the place and only arranges cleaning.

Our second stay at Carmencita Studio. We love the location and sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool. The studio is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The host Naso was very responsive and helpful.

Der Pool und die Lage des Apartments.
Aufgrund eines länger zurückliegenden Wasserschaden war das Apartment muffig. Schimmel in der Dusche und die aus der Wand gebrochene Duschstange. Das Geschirr im Schrank war schmutzig und alles zusammengenommen wäre es gut wenn nicht nur Geld damit verdient, sondern sich auch besser darum gekümmert wird.
