Super quiet location with only the sea in front of the property, better than expected and all as listed on the website. A real south-facing suntrap, the only problem is actually leaving the property.
Great walks both ways along the coast and plenty of local shops and bars also just a few minutes away, plus a super bus service, No 30. Also secure car parking if required.
Mario the host is very attentive and always on hand if any questions.
I would highly recommend this property especially as it is all new so when this becomes known I am sure it will be booked in advance.

Location
It was a bit of a disappointing stay. The toilet had urine all around it on the floor when we arrived, there is extra charges if you use over a certain amount of electricity with no indicator if you are breaching this threshold or not, the hot water is not instant and there are lots of rules around the house with extra charges if you do not comply. We didn’t feel very welcome and would have been better and way more comfortable booking a hotel for the same price with 2 rooms.
