They don’t give fresh towels, they don’t clean during the stay and they don’t change sheets but they do disclose that after you book

the views were just amazing, the decor minimalistic 10/10

there was no kitchen sink, and there was a luck of staff. the door of the tower only opens from the inside, meaning that they’ll need to have an active reception 24/7. one night i came back to the property at 1:30am, i tried ringing the doorbell and got no response, i had to contact the headquarters so after 30 minutes i finally got into my room.

The apt was spacious for one person I loved the views. Management responded to messages on WhatsApp very quickly.

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. On the first day, I had difficulty figuring out how to turn on the lights, which made for a frustrating arrival. I also found the €96 cleaning fee unreasonable, especially since it appears to cover cleaning before arrival (paid by the previous guest) and after departure (to be paid by the next guest). Although the apartment was clean when I arrived, no cleaning was provided during my stay. As a result, I had to clean the apartment myself twice, which felt weird, given the high cleaning fee. The apartment also had some practical issues. There was no kitchen sink, so dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink, which was inconvenient. The curtains were partially detached and couldn’t be fixed, affecting my aesthetic. Additionally, the water in the shower took a long time to heat up, leading to unnecessary water waste in a country that has water shortages. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
