Location is brilliant, nice flat, very well equipped kitchen.
The only tiny negative was the lack of any natural light in the property - but that is no-one’s fault, just the natural aspect of the appartment!

Great location and nice decor
Streets outside were quite grubby but I appreciate the landlord cannot easily control that. Having said that the caretaker might consider sweeping up outside now and again.

Lage, Gestaltung der Unterkunft, bequeme Betten (gute Matratzen). Küche gut ausgestattet. Super Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Samuel war extrem nett, pünktlich und hilfsbereit.
Handtücher und Badetücher wären fein. Das Bettzeug muss ja sowieso gewaschen werden.

Location
Dirty, lots of dirt and cobwebs. Main Mattress is slanted and uncomfortable. Dryer did not work. House smelled like it wasn't used in a while, smelled musty. Towels were very worn. Overall maintenance is lacking.
