A perfect stay with outstanding service, warm hospitality, and thoughtful surprises.

The service was exceptional. We had an early flight and the hotel kindly arranged a full breakfast for us at 5am, even though the normal breakfast time starts at 6:30am. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My birthday was on 30 Jan and even though I reached the hotel on 31 Jan, they still did a cute birthday setup for me, which was a lovely surprise.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent and well managed.

2+3 family stay for 5 nights

Close to metro that drives you from airport, walking distance to shopping center, good communication with hotel, helpful staff especially very kind at the restaurant and at the rooftop, available swimming pools separate for kids (with sun shades preventing sun burns), well equipped gym accessible 24h. Starbucks coffee boutique in the hotel's lobby servicing coffee to the breakfast with no extra charge.

The Staff were exceptional. The rooms were large, clean and well kept. Breakfast was good with eggs made to order, fresh juices were lovely. Particularly good service at breakfast and room service.

The location was convenient, however not particularly appointed for tourist. Hotel was busy so many people were waiting for rooms at check in. They did offer us the use of the pool area on the rooftop. More of a business hotel rather than a holiday hotel I would say,

Wonderful.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Dubai and at this hotel, this is deservedly a 5 star establishment with exceptional staff and extremely high standards of comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing.

Two complaints. We were surprised to find this was a dry hotel. We wrongly assumed as it stated it served cocktails and had a minibar that it served alcohol. Nowhere on any booking site could we find it mentioned that it did not serve alcohol. As we enjoy a glass of wine with our meal, we decided not to use the restaurant and chose to eat at other hotels close by, that held a drinks licence. Disappointing as the food looked fabulous. The swimming pool advertised as adults only, was on occasions full of noisy children, so not a peaceful, relaxing area.

Great big family holiday which the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel made possible and super enjoyable!

We loved the staff, who made us feel comfortable, safe and like at home. We are quite a big family so finding a table for us was a challenge, which the staff handled gracefully. They were friendly, warm, yet professional. We moved from another property which was severely substandard, here we had more for the same price and a superb staff to top it off. Thank you, we will likely be back.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would!. Everything exceeded my expectations! Very well trained and polite staff at the reception and restaurant. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of variety, lovely break-out area for guests to relax whilst waiting to check in, very clean rooms, FANTASTIC bathroom, very very spacious room. Very good location, close to shops, barbers etc. This was my first visit to Dubai and this hotel made me fall inlove with the country. Everything was top quality. Nothing to dislike at all. They have an inhouse tourist desk on the rooftop, where tour staff show you all the various activities you can book.

The Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of food. The room we stayed in was really nice and spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was great. A nice way to start of your day with a swim.

The transport we booked through the hotel to the airport was overpriced. The driver wasn't helpful. He got lost on way to airport. Didn't know where to drop us at the airport. Would be nice to swim at night time but pool shut at 7pm.

Room size is big with both bath tub and shower, breakfast is good too

The clock alarm doesn’t work and the TV will automatically shut off on some channels after being watched for a while

Fabulous stay

Awesome hotel, we arrived after a very long flight and staff allowed an early check-in! Beds were very comfortable, room was great size, plenty of towels and extra details. Breakfast was great too, plenty of options. Would absolutely stay again.

Unfortunately, I don’t know why, but on the last day of our stay the room was not cleaned properly. For example, bath towels and small towels were not provided in the bathroom, and the tissue box on the table, which was empty, was not replaced.

Luxury hotel, luxury service!

We had an outstanding experience after staying in more than ten hotels in Dubai! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the remarkable quality of service and the warm welcome at the reception. The rooms are very spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, with room service that truly meets the highest standards. Breakfast is superb, varied, and caters to all preferences. A special thank you goes to the restaurant team, and especially to Jessa, for her exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. What touched us the most was when we requested an early breakfast: to our surprise, the restaurant was opened just for us at 4 a.m., offering a full and varied buffet! An extraordinary gesture that we had never experienced before. The porters are also extremely kind, respectful, and impressively efficient. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team, without exception, for making our stay truly memorable.

Very good value for money.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good value for money, with wide variety of food. My boys love the swimming pool a lot. The location is perfect, just less than 5 mins walk to metro and 1 station away from The Mall of Emirates, and the hotel also provides shuttle bus to the mall. The room is extremely spacious for my family of 5.

Amazing experience, great manager who takes care of his guests.

The manager was absolutely amazing and incredibly supportive. I arrived in Kuwait very late — around 4 AM — and he kindly offered me a super late check-out so I could get some proper rest. It truly meant the world to me, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and understanding. Thank you!

Fair point the value for money is great. Staff were very professional ( which is not that often in dubai!) friendly and efficient. Room was spotless, whatever you need is available. The location is so so to be fair but not an issue

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but the breakfast to be improved to match the overall experience. Not saying it’s bad but could be better, more refined. As example there is no sauces available except ketchup. But you have so many dedicated to breakfast such as HP sauce ( a must for breakfast) mayonnaise, herbs olive oil etc etc . A nice sauces display would be great. Also the bread quality is average along with danish. It’s not bad but could be much better, I rather pay little bit more for breakfast but have a proper bread / danish section. Fruits section was ok but why putting can apricot in syrup! It’s very sweet not fresh … you have way better options than can fruits. Juices are not fresh ones…. But wasn’t bad. Diversity on the hot section was so so. Overall it’s not bad at all BUT could be seriously improved with some world and smart ideas. It would reflect the quality of the Hôtel and staff That would be only “ down” side

Great and helpful staff, amazing facilities!

The staff of the hotel are the heart of it. Kind, helpful and perfect in any sense. We reached the hotel around 06:00 after an 11-hour flight and the fact that they had a room ready for us in an hour while we were having breakfast says it all! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the woman who had the early morning shift that day, but I wish all hotel staff were as professional as her! Thank you!

Internet speeds reached 15-20mbps. It is enough for basic tasks, but it would be nice to reach higher speeds.

Great, luxurious and memorable stay!

Great staff (especially Kyrillos) which pose as an example for all hotel staff. This was my second stay in this hotel which says how much I liked it. I’ve stayed in other 5 star hotels in Dubai but this one was by far the greatest. Well done and keep up the amazing work!

The only negative (which was not such a big deal) was the kind of slow internet. Speeds would go up to 15-20mbps which is pretty fine for basic things. But it got the job done!

Not just Grand, it was awesome 👏

From the moment we arrived, to the morning we left, the ambiance of the hotel made the stay very comfortable. Lighting, music all on point. Every staff member smiled and greated you warmly, it was an absolute joy. We had the breakfast and dinner option, and it was hands down the best value. The food options in the buffet were brilliant, and with three children, there was a no fuss option for all. The pool and games room were also a treat, and allowed all to be occupied happily. A special shout out to our Liverpool supporting duty manager. You set the tone when we arrived with your welcoming, and the banter with the kids around football was brilliant. Nothing was ever a problem.

Solid Hotel, perfect value, great quality, could not fault!

Property Was Perfect, good solid all round! Spacious and Clean rooms Great Pool Perfectly Priced Breakfast and Food Great too Gym facilities spacious communal areas Starbucks coffee served Shared areas are great Lifts and rooms accessible Great taxi and tram links Free lifts to Mall and Public Beaches Local amenities supermarkets etc are good and reasonably staffed! Staff are polite, friendly and professional, led by a very competent duty manager! All in all a solid hotel with great staff.
