The location is absolutely brilliant. The room was spacious and modern and really good value for money. Happy hour - free drinks from 5 - 6pm, come on, it doesn't get better than that!
There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property, the staff or my stay.

Staff were great, especially William. Excellent communication prior to stay.
The two Reception/check-in podiums are imposing to guests seated in bar area. Feels imposing to have two staff standing at podiums in the middle of social gathering area. Better to be relocated directly on the left wall as you enter the front.

We stay here often and have always enjoyed it Check out at 12
Although we booked months earlier upon arrival we were told the room we had requested was not available We left a out exploring card on our door at 8.30 am and returned at 9 pm and our room was still not serviced The staff were ok but could have been a lot more apologetic One of the 2 lifts has been out of service for months On the Saturday night of our stay people on a deck area across the road partied all night so we had no sleep
