For long stays for people looking for a peaceful and quiet place

This house is located in a secluded and secure (remote controlled gates and cameras on every corner) house complex in Grzybowo, few kilometres from Kołobrzeg. For rather high price you receive a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with a bath), four bedrooms of which two with bunkbeds, large living room, access to Internet, satellite TV (the basic Canal+ subscription), a terrasse connected with a garden and a simple BBQ. It’s a place designed for longer stays. We stayed there comfortably for two weeks. There is a walking distance to the beach and you can use all facilities that the Saltic Hotel (on the way to the beach) has on offer. The house bears some marks of a normal, family usage, but everything within reason. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. This house offers everything that the other places in Grzybowo cannot - peace and quiet, far away from shops selling cheap plastic toys.

Despite the hefty price we still had to pay for a cleaning service which we ordered after a week and in the middle of our stay. The cleaning service had to be paid in cash. It also appeared to us that the villa was not a commonly used service offered by the hotel, because the reception not always had all the information we wanted and most of the time we were told that somebody will contact us with the answer.

Excellent stay

Excellent location. Very quiet in a gated community and with a nice garden. Quick access to the town and the beach via the garden gate. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you generally need. Grill for bbq in the garden is also available.

A nice addition would be a big garden table & chairs for eating outside in the garden.

Gasflasche vom grill war fast leer, aber für einmal grillen hat es noch gereicht.

Super schön gelegen und sehr ruhig. An der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden.

Es war sehr groß und geräumig.

Teilweise war es staubig und das Licht in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert. Auch die flecken an den Rollos war nicht so schön. Die Lüftung oben im Bad läuft sehr lange und laut. In dem einem Zimmer daneben kann man nicht schlafen, da es die ganze Zeit brummt. Leider gab es einen großen klebrigen Fleck im Eingangsbereich, den mussten wir erstmal sauber machen.

Haus fällt auseinander und ist nicht empfehlenswert

Einzig der Pool war in Ordnung.

Achtung – irreführende Buchungspraxis. Wir haben ein Deluxe-Ferienhaus gebucht, vor Ort jedoch nur ein Standard-Ferienhaus erhalten, da das Deluxe-Objekt angeblich doppelt vergeben worden sei. Eine solche Überbuchung darf nicht zulasten der Gäste gehen. Die Ausstattung und das Erscheinungsbild war absolut inakzeptabel. Die angebotene Gutschrift war völlig unangemessen und in keiner Weise ausreichend, um die deutliche Abweichung von der gebuchten Leistung auszugleichen. Das Vorgehen wirkt unprofessionell und unseriös. Zusätzlich entsteht der Eindruck, dass mehrere Ferienhäuser unter dem Namen „Saltic“ vermarktet werden, ohne dies für Gäste klar und transparent darzustellen. Insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Wir raten zur Vorsicht und würden dringend von einer Buchung abraten.

Toller Urlaub der nach Wiederholung schreit

Villa Es war alles da was man brauchte, es waren alle Betten bezogen, Küche vollständig ausgestattet, Bademäntel vorhanden - kurzum alles da Umgebung Man sollte sich bewusst sein das ab Oktober da nichts mehr los ist - mit den Auto ist man aber schnell in Kolberg Freizeit 5 min zum Strand 3 min zum Schwimmbad - auch hier alles da was man braucht, Umkleidekabine mit Spinden und Handtücher bekommt man frisch mit den Handtuch Karten an der Spa Rezeption Es gab am Anfang ein paar Probleme mit dem Check In da unser Haus belegt war aber das konnte schnell geklärt werden. Die Beschreibungsbenachrichtigung ist mehr als detailliert. Von 20-22 Uhr ist im Schwimmbad adults only. Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnsiedlung

Die Heizungsprogrammierung war interessant und zweimal gingen unsere Zugangskarten nicht mehr

Schönes grosses Haus. Aufteilung super und der eingezäunte Garten war super, somit konnten die Hunde auch mal alleine draussen sein. Man hatte alles was man brauchte.

Bardzo dobra miejscówka, polecamy!!!

Dom wspaniały, wygodny, przestronny, znakomity dla grupy przyjaciół lub rodziny. Osiedle zamknięte i bezpieczne. Dostęp do basenu i sauny w hotelu oddalonym ok. 200 m.

Info dla właściciela - dość skromnie wyposażona kuchnia, brakowało kieliszków do wina, dzbanka na herbatę, itd. Przydałoby się też więcej kołder i kocy na wypadek chłodniejszych nocy. Niestety personel hotelu był słabo zorientowany i nie potrafił pomóc w sprawie kocy.

Fajne miejsce, blisko morza. Inspirujące by wrócić.

Obiekt przestronny, czysty, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Kuchnia niemal w pełni wyposażona. Można dodać mikrofalówkę i pieprz i byłby komplet :)

Informacja papierowa by się przydała w domu, bo nie zauważyłem wiadomości na booking.com. A tam wszystko było dokładnie opisane: od hasła do WiFi po wyrzucanie śmieci. Ale ja miałem wyłączone powiadomienia:)
