Will come back to Grzybowo but look for another hotel 'cos this one stinks!
The location. It's very close to the beach and is surrounded by a good cluster of shops, restaurants and bakeries.
The room and the hotel are smelly quite often. It's horrible to wake up in the middle of the night at 2pm and realize the room stinks so much that it's unbearable. I cannot believe why no one mentions this before in their reviews. If I would have known this, I would never book this hotel in the first place.

Excellent location, close to the beach. Balcony was nice, interior design, very pleasant. Having the washing machine and the dishwasher available was also a big advantage. The double bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The building and the apartment itself are new and the building's surroundings are well maintained.
The bed sheets were not clean (had some orange stains left over) which was very surprising considering the expected level and pandemic (we were told everything was disinfected). On a windy day an empty snacks packaging was blown out from under the chest of drawers so the cleaning service needs to step it up, unfortunately. Unlike the bed, the sofa was very uncomfortable so I wouldn't recommend going to this apartment in 4 people. The corridors were getting extremely warm and it was difficult to breathe. I hope they will work on the issues and improve the place!

Super Aufenthalt alles in einem top…wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!!!
Die Lage ist sehr gut es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand…wunderschöner Sandstrand sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber und ordentlich…der Balkon ist sehr schön man kann das Meer rauschen hören…Zugang zur Wohnung nur über Code gestaltete sich bei späterer Anreise etwas schwierig weil das Türschloss nicht gut funktionierte aber eine Nachricht an die Vermietung und schon wurde ein neuer Code zugewiesen und alles funktionierte ohne Probleme.
Nicht gefallen hat uns die Parksituation es steht nirgendwo welcher Parkplatz zur gebuchten Wohnung gehört…es liegt lediglich ein Zettel in der Wohnung auf dem steht das man wohl keinen Schlüssel braucht um die Sperre auf dem Parkplatz runter zu bekommen so dachten wir also Wohnung 19 bedeutet Parkplatz 19 aber nein falsch gedacht Anwohner haben sich beschwert teilweise unser Auto zugeparkt sehr sehr unschön

Na plus klimatyzacja (choć czuć, że dawno nie czyszczona), duży balkon, praktyczny schowek a’la garderoba, bliskość do plaży, parking przynależny do apartamentu.
Na minus zużyte poduszki, niedoczyszczona kabina prysznicową.
