location and walking distance to the beach, quiet area and apartment was nice and clean although lacking in window shades so in the early morning the sun was waking me up. The extra “room” with the bed in it has no window hence it was too stuffy. Overall apartment was ok but not great.

Big warm swimming pool outside is included in the price and available everyday as well as sauna. Comfortable apartment, beds, private parking.

1. No wifi, even mobile internet was very slow and amost not working. 2. You need to drive 6 km to get the key for the apartment before check in and after check out.

Great location, safe, modern and family oriented accommodation. Beautiful pool for families available 9 - 19 o clock, all watched cared for by local staff. The whole resort very clean and cosy, situated on the forest edge, calm, no traffic. Few walking minutes from the beaches, that were also very beautiful and clean. Parking can be bit tricky in high season inside but more parking sports available outside (+ we preferred walking to the city and shops rather than drive). A big bathroom, double bed comfy, enough storage room, a big balcony with the pool view was great! The flat tidy, clean and light.

The kitchen could use a bit more equipment like drying cloth, bowls (cereals/salad etc), couple more cutting knives and a coffee machine - but fair to say all the basics are available and sufficient to cook for a couple of days;)

Superb

Very large rooms with great facilities. The kids loved to take a swim in the nice outside pool in the morning, we did not check Sauna and Fitness but it looked good as well. The property is very close to the beach and still pretty quite even though there are many apartments.

A kitchen table would have been nice for eating together, but the low yet large couch table with sofa and low chairs did serve as a rather good alternative.

nice place but horrible service

Good location, great object with reception and pool service. Clean and quiet. Good parking (free).

There is big problem with communication as well the photos of property doesn't fit - kids awaited switch on balcony etc. Biggest problem is with service: - i was charged 3 months ago before arrival, but there was free cancel during week before arrival - the carged price was higher then expacted (about 10 EUR, but does matter) - i think the cleaning fee was charged with money (it should be), but on reception i was charged again - there is language barrier (phone, email, personnaly) - the stuff can speak only polish or german - i have no confirmation about arrival, on my email request there was no answer so i must call (in polish) - the keys you get on different address as is on booking.com( exactlly more closer to stay location, but it was confusing) - i don't get back until now (3 weeks +) 300PLN as deposit, i tried communicate via email - no response I think this accomodation is good value for money, but service completely ruins it. We were excited about service in Poland, but this accomodation was sadly exception.

Fürchterliche Enttäuschung. Für diesen Preis: Hände weg!

Eine extreme Negativ-Erfahrung. Das „zweite Schlafzimmer“ war ein Sofa hinter einer schrankähnlichen Schiebetür zu einer kleinen Box ohne Fenster. Im Bad begrüßte uns eine alte E-Zigarette. Im Treppenhaus stank es erbärmlich. Wir sind nach Rücksprache mit dem sehr netten Personal an der Rezeption sofort abgereist. Auf die zugesagte Erstattung der Kosten warten wir leider immer noch.

Skvělá poloha,kousek od moře/přes lesík (ideální na venčení),hned u cyklostezky.Náš apartmán (bílá linka,hnědý gauč,větší terasa s nábytkem)pro 2+2 a velkého psa dostatečně velký,gauč pro 2 velký a pohodlný.Postel velice pohodlná. Kuchyň dobře vybavená(myčka,deska,trouba,mikrovlnka,toastovač atd.)Krásná velká koupelna vč.pračky a fénu,ručníků. V apartmánu je vysavač/smeták,což oceníte s domácím mazlíčkem.Zároveň k dispozici zábrana proti větru.Areál je hlídaný,místo na parking vždy (07/25) bylo,přístup do areálu/domu/bytu na kód pohodlný/bezproblémový.V noci absolutní klid na spaní. Bazén super/26 stupňů 9-19h v 07/25,dostatek lehátek,s plavčíkem.Servis před příjezdem výborný/info přehledné.Za deště s dětmi Koala park/trampolína nebo laser game/Laser Tag/20km.

V bytě musíte svítit,nejde tam moc slunce a to ani přes den na balkón. Chyběli nám salátové misky pro 4. Hodila by se utěrka a více než 2 ruličky toaleťáku na týden.Jen 2 tablety do myčky na týden.

Zgłoszona reklamacja mieszkania 303 klatka 17B na osiedlu Polanki w Kołobrzegu. Skandaliczne jest udostępnianie ludziom takiego stanu mieszkania, robak w lodówce?serio? Grzyby w łazience, balkon brudny aż strach wychodzić. Z prysznica leci woda i wydziela się dziwny pisk słabo naprawdę słabo!

Polanki wspaniałe miejsce do wypoczynku

Osiedle pięknie położone z ogrzewanym basenem i siłownią.Wokół ścieżki rowerowe i piesze. Jest gdzie pospacerować z pieskiem. Byłam z dwójką nastolatków i mimo że nie było za ciepło wyjazd był bardzo udany.Dobre knajpki w pobliżu
