La villa est magnifique et les chambres sont très spacieuses, propres et confortables. La piscine est superbe et parfaitement entretenue. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Rumi pour sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter !
Suggestion le petit déjeuner pourrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre

Prachtige villa met ontzettend lief en behulpzaam personeel! Gastvrouw Rumi is erg verwelkomend en behulpzaam. Vano kon ons overal naartoe rijden en ons over Lombok vertellen.

Service au top très aimable et très serviable. Ils essayent de trouver des solutions sil y a un problème. Ils étaient tous très gentil
Une forte odeur désagréable d’égout se dégageait de la salle de bain et toilettes qui infectait toute la chambre. C’était le seul problème du séjour. À priori ce ne sont pas de leur faute mais du mauvais traitement des eaux dans la zone.
