A cozy Sebago Lake retreat with ample room for you and your guests.
This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 100’ of private waterfront with plenty of space both inside and outside. There is a large covered/screened-in porch with unobstructed views of the lake. A set of stairs leads from the porch to the patio beneath.
The house comes fully furnished (** LINENS AND TOWELS INCLUDED **) with everything you’ll need for your stay. Two separate bedrooms with queen beds and ample closet space downstairs, one bedroom with two double beds upstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped and a Weber gas grill is outside.
The yard is fully landscaped with an ample amount of greenspace leading to a sandy beach with gradual entry. A picnic table and a firepit with seating will ensure you have everything needed to enjoy the outdoors.

My family loved this magical rental. It’s 25 minutes to Windham and felt far enough away to be a camp with the sound of nature including loons. It’s a lovely property ideal for folks who want to enjoy the lake, including fishing and swimming! The sandy beach and the calm water in the cove were ideal for swimming for both children and adults. The house was clean and as pictured. The kitchen and grill allowed us to cook meals. We enjoyed the living room and the large screen porch. Most of the games were for older children but they loved the Narwal floor puzzle! Each bedroom was nicely set up with bedside tables, lamps and linens. One bathroom was enough for the four of us. However, it was tricky for my older father to the climb the stairs to go to the bathroom during the night. That was his only complaint and wouldn’t apply to everyone.

This is our third year staying here and we are so happy to have found this spot! It’s such a comfortable stay on such a beautiful area of the lake.
