About this house rental
3 spacious floors of "Classic Maine Lake Cabin" inspiration with upscale amenities and luxe details.
The main level features a handy mudroom to keep organized, Queen bedroom and bath with shower, laundry room, modern kitchen with eat in expansive granite island and brass fixtures, long dining table with views and a gas fireplace in the living room.
Kitchen features filtered water new fridge, 6 burner stove, quiet dishwasher, pantry to keep organized.
Picture windows and glass sliders open to the large deck main level living & dining room offer mesmerizing views of the lake, islands and distant mountains. BBQ and enjoy leisurely meals or lounge and soak up the sun on the deck.
Second level find spacious landing area, 4 bedrooms and two baths including one King primary suite with airy private double vanity + custom tile & brass shower. Second lakefront King bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The street side bunk room has a twin over full bunkbed, as well as a separate twin bed. The fourth bedroom on this level is complete with a Queen bed.
Ground level has game & TV areas, full wet bar with wine fridge, bathroom with shower and inviting outdoor screened-in patio with great lake views.
Each room has it's own state of the art efficient heating and cooling for maximum comfort any time of year. All windows have screens to enjoy the lake breezes. All bedrooms also come with blackout blinds.
Bring your own boat or rent one near by. The dock accommodates up to an 18' boat where you can drop off and pick up guests. Boat storage will be done at the mooring. There's even an EV charger for you to use for you electric vehicle.
Hannaford grocery store is just 20 minutes down the road and has everything you will need including beer & wine. Cute Maine shops like Mexicali Blues, artisans and antique shops are all nearby. Naples just 15 minutes away has several restaurants to choose from, as well as options for renting a boat. Charming Kindred Farms Market & Bakery right in Casco offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches, Whoopie Pies, pastries, lunch, teas, wine, craft beers to go and a selection of packaged foods.

The property is beautifully appointed. The hosts kept excellent communication with us. This was the perfect place for our family, who range in age from 25 to 87. It appears very child friendly also.

This place is the lake house for family memories to be made! We had such a good time and the house comes equipped with everything you could want inside and out! The paddle board and kayaks were such a hit. We will definitely be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and our lake time was so much fun! The paddle board and kayaks were an added plus and they were in great condition.

Stayed for 4 nights with 3 friends. The home was well equipped with everything we would need, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, the view was fantastic, and the host was responsive to my questions quickly. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
