About this house rental
This large home is convenient to everything Melbourne has to offer. Less than a mile from F.I.T. and Historic Downtown Melbourne Shopping and Dining District. Two miles from Melbourne International Airport. Easy, 4-mile drive to the beach. The house is split-level, providing guests with plenty of elbow room. It features Old Florida Architecture, yet has been updated inside. There are five bedrooms. Three and a half baths. There's a wood-burning fireplace and a large, fenced in backyard. This portion of the street is deliberately unpaved to keep cut-through traffic to a minimum. A lovely park playground and Crane Creek are a two-block walk from the house. Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private bath. An additional room at the opposite room of the house also has its own private bath and full-sized bed - perfect if you're traveling with your teen and need space. Bedrooms number three and four each have a Queen bed; bedroom number five has one twin bed. Three full bathrooms, each with shower (there are no tubs in the house). Additional half-bath on main floor for your convenience. Florida Tech's gorgeous Botanical Gardens are less than a mile away. *If you're seeking a comfortable, sprawling house that's conveniently in the Heart of Melbourne, this is the one.

We were in town for a family memorial and this house and our host had everything we needed. It was centrally located and we were able to enjoy our stay!

We-five long time friends enjoyed having our room and kitchen well equipped. Owner was so nice and accommodating to our schedule. Would stay again.

The house had a lot of space for a large group but has many things that need repair. No extra items like TP, trash bags, and light bulbs. There is quite a bit of personal stuff stashed in various places inside and around the outside of the house. Some rooms have no fans and get hot and some rooms are cold and the wireless thermostat kicks the temp up automatically after 3 hours. None of the furniture had been cleaned under for some time as evident by dust and bunnys but they do charge a cleaning fee. Deposit was returned fast.
