New cottage for 4 people, quiet, close to the beach (900 m),
downtown Arcachon (4 minutes by car).

- a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed.(new bedding).
- another bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed. (new bedding).
* Bathroom:
-a 120 x 80 shower, sinks, hair dryer, wc.
* WC: independent
* Living room:
- with comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV.
*Equipped kitchen:
- fridge freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
* A private terrace:
- garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
* Vehicle parked in front of the Gîte gate.
* Electric shuttle to go to the center of Arcachon or to Arcachon station (pass 200m from the cottage).
* Dune du Pyla 4 km from the cottage.
* Boat trip, which will make you discover the Tchanque huts, the bird island and Cap Ferret, departing from Moulleau (900 m from the cottage) or from Arcachon depending on the season
* Tennis Pyla Sur Mer, Tennis Club La Teste de Buch.

Très belle location, décorée avec goût, dans un environnement calme au cœur de la pinède. Très bon accueil avec tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer une semaine agréable.

Beau gîte . Décoration soignée avec très belle terrasse et jardin paysagé. Lieu calme, très arboré.Sandrine est une hôtesse très attentive et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons cette location où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
