Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 34 m² apartment in Arcachon, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels are extra - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 7m² balcony with furniture to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Arcachon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- In the heart of Le Moulleau (you'll find the church of Notre Dame des Passes)
- Plage des Arbousiers (where you'll find a children's club and a sailing and surfing club)
- Dune du Pyla
- Pier for Cap Ferret
- L'île au oiseaux
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
