About this apartment rental
It is in the heart of Moulleau, at the edge of Pyla, and 200m from the beach that you will find all the ingredients to spend a wonderful stay. Cocoonr Agency offers you this air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, a parking space, stores, restaurants, beach, everything is next door ... You will be greeted on site by our teams who will give you the keys and will inform you about everything to see and do in our beautiful region, settle in comfortably and enjoy your stay on the Bay of Arcachon!

- Beautiful living room with dining table and 4 chairs, bay window on the terrace of 10m ², exposed East / South East, 4 rattan armchairs to enjoy the sun from 14h until the time of the aperitif!
- Sofa bench that turns into a bed 160/200, sea view. There is also a bunk bed in the entryway, with a possibility of intimity with sliding doors. Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, bath mats, dish towels. Your beds will be made for your arrival.
- Open kitchen area with induction cooker, top fridge, microwave, nespresso, kettle, toaster. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel
- In the entrance, bunk bed with drawers,
- A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet

- Bus line 1 or 3, stop nearby on the boulevard it goes from the Arcachon station to the Pyla dune, with or the Dune Express bus which brings you directly from the Arcachon station
- Bordeaux airport (65 km, 52min by car)
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bassin Arcachon. You will enjoy all its attractions, go to discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses, its park, its belvedere with an unobstructed view on the Bassin. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or in Gujan, at the market of La Teste of course or in Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), and then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the Bird Island, the famous cabanes tchanquées. Departure of the shuttles in summer on the Moulleau pier (ask for the tide times...). The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth ! Descent of the Leyre, in the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak. Numerous cycle tracks will take you to Arcachon and on the other side to the Pyla dune.

Pause Moulleau Lovely few days stay in this beautiful area. Apartment felt a bit smaller than looked on photos but fine for a short stay. So close to the beach that we could pop back and forth really easily. Good view from balcony but because location is so good it meant it was quite noisy.

🙁 We were delayed in arrival and we set a new arrival time with the agent, notifying the agent when we were 30 minutes away. We then got there exactly as we expected, we had to wait 25 minutes for agent. This was a long day as we were driving from 10am and got there 7.15pm. Given the notice of the new arrival time, it was disappointing to wait to be let in.
The front door keys were difficult on the lock.
The airconditioner filled a water tray that overflowed to the tenant below, who came to complain about it.
There were no laundry facilities on site that the agent could advise us of or that we could find."
