The accommodation is very spacious, has a nice garden and is in walking distance to the lake and the network of trails around it. The kitchen and rooms have all amenities. The host is very helpful and cordial.
The property is in faint earshot of the regional highway to Salzburg, it's about 500 m accross some pastures. If one is very sensitive to noise this might be an issue. It was not really for us.

Villa is great, spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean with all amenities. Nice garden with ltitle pond. Not far from the city center and lake. Perfect choice for family with children.
