בית דירות מקסים, חדש ומטופח. הדירה מצוחצחת וכל המתקנים בה חדשים. מטבח מאובזר בכל מכשירי החשמל סירים וכיוב. בדירה שני שירותים מה שמקל מאד על ההתארגנויות. מרפסת מקסימה לנוף מדהים. קרבה ברגל לסופר מאפיה מסעדות והכי חשוב- לחוף של שטרובל. המארחת מקסימה ושירות מחוייך ונעים.
הדבר היחיד הוא שהסלון המשותף קטן יחסית. לנו זה לא הפריע.

Prostorné, moderní ubytování. Ocenili jsme dvě WC a herní místnost pro děti (playstation, šipky, fotbálek), venku trampolínu. Možnost doplnit vše, kdyby něco došlo (ručníky, toaletní papír atd.). Výborná komunikace s paní domácí (i před příjezdem), velmi ochotná. Ve sklepě je možnost vyprat prádlo a na chodbě automat (zubní pasta, sprchový gel, pití atd.). Výborná výchozí poloha pro výlety do okolí (Salzburg, Hallstatt, Schafberg).
Vše bylo super.

K dispozici byla uzamykatelná místnost na jízdní kola a uložení nosiče kol. Majitele po telefonní konzultaci v průběhu dopravy z CZ do města Strobl byli připraveni v recepci na předání klíčů a informaci k ubytování, majitelé bydlí cca 5 min. od ubytování a nejsou stále přítomni na recepci, a ani to není potřeba.
