The attractive and bright apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 4 adults plus 1 toddler up to max. 3 years with a size of approx. 65 m² sufficient space. • open living area with seating area, consisting of couch and armchair, flat screen TV and dining area and subsequent • open kitchen in the living room as a fitted kitchen with sink, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with small separate freezer compartment and dishes, • 1 bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, • 1 bedroom with two separate single beds (approx. 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, • 1 bathroom with shower, towel radiator and window, • paved terrace with access from the living room with patio furniture, • all living rooms have external shutters, • the floors in the living area are covered with laminate and there are tiles in the bathroom.
The Ahorn holiday home is located in a residential area within Zinnowitz. The 2-family house has one apartment on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The floor plan is appealing and spacious. The house is at 17459 Zinnowitz, Ahornweg 34. The beach and the center of Zinnowitz can be reached in a few minutes on foot. • The house has a garden for use by the house guests, • There is 1 separately accessible parking space for each apartment on the property. There is also a makeshift parking lot. • Guests can use DSL Internet access via WiFi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service, so it is not a property of the holiday home that is guaranteed in the sense of travel law. Accordingly, rent reductions cannot be claimed if the system or parts of it or a router fails. • A dog is welcome in the ground floor apartment after prior reservation.
