A quiet, modern and comfortably furnished and very spacious apartment with a fireplace for up to 10 people (6 adults. 4 children) that leaves nothing to be desired and a carefree holiday guaranteed to expect. Are you traveling with small children, so you can 2 travel cots are provided. By arrangement, the additional use of these 2 travel cots (use up to 3 years) is possible. The apartment has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a double bed and a bedroom in the attic with 4 single beds. The base price is geared to an occupancy of at least 4 people. Each additional person, as well as the children's extra bed will be charged separately. The sweeping balcony gives you the opportunity to end the day with a glass of wine at sunset. In 12 minutes you are on the Baltic Sea beach, in 10 minutes you stroll in the center of Zinnowitz or you swing on your bike and explore the island. Start directly from the house or use the UBB web. Bedding, as well as consumption costs for electricity, water, etc. are included in the price. Children chair and cot can be provided free of charge. Towels are to be brought along please!
