The roof top breakfast lounge was the icing on the cake. Look no further if need a hotel in Aalst

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Petre and his team of fantastic staff. The room we had was very spacious, clean and full of everything we needed. The onsite parking was a bonus also. As an independent family run hotel, this is most excellent and standard of quality is as good if not better than some 5* star hotels I have stayed at

I would stay again, but making sure my parking spot is properly reserved.

Very spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable.

I don't think anyone has the parking situation under control. I reserved parking overnight (paid) for both nights, but was able to use it only one of the nights, as the first night the parking was full. The second night I was able to park inside, but I was instructed to park blocking some other app managed temporary parking spots which could have ended up causing some trouble but luckily didn't. The first night I could see some spots had been properly reserved with a cord but mine hadn't for some reason. That said, I was only charged for a night of parking, but it wasn't that convenient to go around looking for a parking spot late in the night when I expected to have a reserved spot in the hotel.

Very nice room, centrally located. Great shower, good towels. Near to the main square. Good value. Would stay again. Staff was lovely.

Clean, modern and efficient place to stay in the centre of Aalst

I arrived late every evening of my 2 night stay(s). Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was fast. The hotel is very new and spotless.

Some things can be improved for a hotel that with a 4 star ambition and price category. - There was no minibar in the room and I had to take opened drinks from the bar to my room. - Absolutely nothing to eat for late arrivals, not even a snack from the microwave oven. - I ended up unexpectedly in the hotel and they were not able to provide me with a toothbrush etc. In every business hotel I've been (with luggage lost by an airline) they always had some emergency kit to help their guests. I had to go to the adjacent night shop to buy a toothbrush. These 3 details made me feel like a customer that 'just rented a room' instead of a guest in a 4-star hotel.

Nice and centrally located hotel with very comfortable beds

Very clean and spacious room for three adults. The beds are really comfortable. Nice bathroom. The hotel is located in the centre of Aalst with lots of nice bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast for 20€/person is not value for money. There are many cafés just 5-10 min walk from the hotel with a nice and affordable offering.

Clanging and clattering noise from the kitchen above started at 4:30am and kept me awake all morning. Absolute nightmare and ruined my meeting the next day.

Perfect for staying in Aalst a few days

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was simple but good with options for all tastes. Close to the train station (less than 10 minutes walk) and to the center of Aalst where you can find shops and restaurants.

The gym equipment was limited and a bit old. I could not figure out how to choose or modify the program.

Not coming back next time! Hot rooms with locked windows

Not really customer focused. After receiving a complaint that the rooms were very hot and the windows couldn’t open they forgot to take action. Once I came back they invented a story that this was how the hotel was build. Whilst my colleagues had windows which could be opened. It took till midnight to get another room for which I also needed to pay additionally. In the morning instead of saying sorry they thought it was bad luck and I shouldn’t complain. We all found it a very interesting customer approach. especially for a price of 140€

Great Location, Nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast service (especially the man who serves the breakfast is really smiley and helpfull.

Despite it is written as "free and special parking lot for customers" , there were no available parking lot at one night. When I informed this situation to the young male worker who was at night shift (at the reception, the blond bearded one) He said to me "you can put your car to a public parking lot" (with money) I said "its not fair" He said "the life is not fear" he was kidding with me. Despite they inform "free parking lot", he did nothing for me. This is not a user friendly behaving ! So unprofessional issue for a 4 star hotel.
