About this house rental

This beautiful townhouse is located in the mountains and a few kilometers from the coast. Specifically between Jávea and Moraira (9 and 4 km respectively). At the same time you can enjoy numerous inland villages such as Las Fuentes de Algar, Guadalest, Jalón ... with great gastronomic and cultural wealth.
The urbanization is in a very pleasant environment, surrounded by greenery, which contributes to milder temperatures during the summer months.
The house is divided into two floors and has 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, 2 large terraces, private parking and outdoor barbecue.
All rooms are exterior with wardrobe. The beds and canapés are of excellent quality. Kitchen fully equiped.

The decoration and comforts of the house make it a fabulous place to enjoy a few days of tranquility and nature.

Ha sido una estancia fantástica, la casa es preciosa y está muy bien decorada hasta el último detalle. Situada en medio de la naturaleza ha hecho que fuera un fin de semana increíble, claro que la compañía también ayudó a que lo fuera. Si tenemos oportunidad volveremos. Y gracias a los propietarios por ser tan amables

We had a really nice stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking etc. The house is nestled into the side of a hill so you get great views looking over towards Calpe. It’s nice and quiet and has a big communal pool and garden. We spent most of the time on the terrace! There’s a supermarket just down the road so it’s ideal for doing the shopping. Marta and Nacho were lovely to deal with too. Highly recommendable, look forward to going back soon!

Casa muy limpia y super equipada. Todo cuidado hasta el último detalle. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo, tanto de la casa como del entorno. La zona es muy tranquila e ideal para actividades de playa y de montaña. Muchísimas gracias por todo! Un 10!
