About this villa rental
Entry to this beautiful villa is via the hallway and a Toscan stone arch leading to a large lounge/dining room with a three and two seater sofa, FREE air conditioning, flat screen Smart TV with all of the English FreeSat channels. There is an open plan kitchen and attractive dining area where panoramic views can be admired of the wonderful open country and mountain/sea views over looking the beautiful town of Benitachell and the Montgo (Elephant headed mountain).
The kitchen has a range of eye and base level units, granite worktops, integrated fridge/freezer, double sink, full oven and hob and an integrated dishwasher.
Double patio doors lead to a terrace with outside dining furniture and to the pool and terrace. The designer 8m x 4m private pool has a dolphin feature, Roman style steps and a pool-side shower. On this level there is also a guest W.C.
A staircase leads down to the hallway with FREE air conditioning and four bedrooms, one twin and three doubles. The master king sized double bedroom has FREE air conditioning and an en-suite with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. There is also a family bathroom with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.
On this level are doors leading to a large balcony with the incredible mountain, sea and countryside views. Here there is also a utility room with the washing machine and sink.
External steps lead down to a quiet green garden area. The gardens are carefully maintained and offer an array of Mediterranean plants and shrubs.
There are two separate large car ports one with a FREE EV charger for your car.
Casa Christine offers flexible accommodation and represents excellent value for a family holiday. It is within a short drive of a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket and the cultural village of Benitachell old town with quaint whitewashed houses, cobbled streets and numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

We had a lovely stay in the villa! We were a group made up of 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for us all. The pool was great and very clean! The wi-fi was also really good which kept the kids happy. As the villa is in the hills it is slightly cooler and there is a nice breeze which was really welcomed as it was 30+ degrees while we were away. The views are amazing from the villa and it was lovely on a night to have our tea sat outside looking at the views!
Helen was a great host and responded really quickly both prior to our stay and during our stay. One of the aircon remotes wasn't working fully (which wasn't too much of an issue as we could use the remotes from the other aircon units to operate all of the aircon units) but Helen ordered us a new remote and batteries which arrived the next day! Helen was a great host :)
The lovely beaches of L'Arenal and Moraira were within 10/15 minutes in a taxi and were lovely days out. We were able to get a food shop delivered from Mercadona which saved us a trip to the supermarket. Theres 2 fridges and 2 freezers which meant there was plenty of room for food and ice lollies!
We all had a lovely stay and were sad to leave!

Villa très bien pensée, fonctionnelle et agréable. Les baies de la villa permettent de toujours voir la mer et montagnes.

Goede locatie en fijne villa, alles in de omgeving wat betreft winkels en apotheek etc. Zou deze villa zeker nog een keer boeken.
