About this villa rental
Private villa fully equipped ideally located in a very quiet area giving in a dead end, comfortable, equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning in the rooms, private pool of 10 * 5M (heated off season on request) with a progressive depth of 50cm to 1. 70m. It has a terrace with extendable sunshade and a solarium upstairs.
The villa is ideal for one or two families (2 couples and children).
It has a closed port for 2 cars.
The property is fully fenced.
It is less than a 10-minute drive from the towns and beaches of Javea and Moraira.
It has a gas BBQ Weber (gas bottle not supplied).
There is a safety gate on the terrace to limit access to the pool for children

We had a very pleasant stay. Villa is a nice place to stay. Everything was clean. In good condition. Also with children as for adults. If we go back I will try to arrange this villa again. Thank you for the good service. Best regards. Erik

Belle villa agrémentée d’une magnifique piscine. Superbe vue à proximité de stations balnéaires animées et familiales. Seul petit bémol sur la propreté du logement qui laissait à désirer et volet d’une des chambres principales qui ne pouvait pas s’ouvrir rendant toute aération impossible. Sinon à l’exception de ces deux points nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette villa familiale superbe ! Nous recommandons !

Lovely villa great view and large pool.
Very well equipped for our party of twelve. However the directions given on the listing were incorrect. We were driving around trying to find the property. The shower in the en-suite bedroom would not stay up so we had to use cable ties. Not ideal!! The single bed also broke but we managed to temporarily xx it. The contact with the owner was good he did offer to get the problems fixed. Overall a good holiday.
