In less than an hour from the D.C. Metro area you're transported to your own private shore on the Chesapeake Bay. This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature.
This cottage offers a little sandy beach, big yard, a screened in porch and a deck. Enjoy spectacular sunrises every morning. Grill and enjoy meals on the deck. Read a book on the porch or just relax surrounded by breathtaking views. Go for a swim in the water or take the kayak( 2 singles available) out for exploring the shores of the bay.
This cottage offers two bedrooms plus a private den with a day bed and a trundle bed underneath. A full size air mattress is also available. Two full bathrooms plus bath towels available.
Fully equipped kitchen plus a Kurig coffee maker and regular coffee machine as well.
Master bedroom is a queen size. Second bedroom is a full-size (double) and den includes a twin day bed plus a twin pullout.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The home very clean and well furnished; the bed we used was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Everything worked, and worked well. What we most enjoyed was the quiet, the peacefulness and the absolutely gorgeous water views. If you are a bird watcher, you will love the constant entertainment of the birds enjoying the neighbors raised bird "hotel". When we return we will be sure to bring our binoculars to get better views.We ate out every night. There are so many excellent restaurants in the area, most with fantastic water views and settings. Overall, this was definitely one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at.

This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend. The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. There was lots close by, great restaurants, coffee shop as well as a food store. We will definitely book again!

A couples getaway. The water views were stunning. The little beach on the property was perfect. Very comfortable and relaxing. Many restaurants, shopping and a coffee shop were nearby!

The views are everything. Wall of windows along the back side of home allow for beautiful sunrise and ship channel viewing. Birds and water. So peaceful.
