It's an easy 5 block walk to the beach & during your stay you can borrow our beach pass. Featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, a large, dedicated workspace, & streaming services available on the TV. This family-friendly rental offers the perfect backdrop for cherished moments & relaxation. Best of all, you don't have to clean at check out!
Osprey's Perch is tucked away in a serene neighborhood with four private parking spaces. The backyard is fully fenced in ensuring a safe haven for your little ones & furry friends to explore & play freely while you enjoy the firepit & grill. 2 full bathrooms (1 standing shower, 1 bathtub + shower), 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa. All mattresses & bed pillows have hypoallergenic encasements for a healthy & comfortable sleep.
Just a short, easy stroll of 5 blocks brings you to the sun-soaked sands of the beach where Chesapeake Bay horizons await. During your rental, we loan you our beach passes so you can bask in the sun & build sandcastles to your heart's content.

Host thoughtfully curated our stay for comfort and ease! Very nicely located, appointed, maintained, and updated home. We cannot say enough good things. Very nice vacation spot! We hope to be back. Whole house had all the essentials and more. Plenty of high quality linens, pillows, and towels. There was even easy to find sewing kit for button that popped off.

The property is well equipped for pets. Fenced yard, poop bag station, even a dog crate! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Plush towels. Kitchen had Keurig and pods to go with it. Good quality dishes, glasses and silverware. Gas grill was great and we loved the outdoor fire pit area. TV had an amazing picture. Host responded quickly to any inquiries. I come to NB often. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was great! It was clean and well stocked. It was walking distance to town and the beach/pier. Rooms were large and the fenced in back yard was nice as well.
