Nothing! Great experience will do it again when I need it

House was comfortable, well kept. Nice bathrooms with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer provided. Pool would have been nice if it was heated. We were looking forward to pool but not practical as water cold. or hot tub Outdoor patio was awesome liked table/ chairs and couch! Nice back yard.

We climbed wall to get to keys as entrance door to get to house was broke. But once in we all entered through garage. Men with us fixed the front entrance door once obtained a tool. So, It wasn’t a big deal to us but others may not like that . Way to small coffee pot, for a 4 bedroom house. No pizza cutter. No tissues. Almost ran out of toilet paper. No light bulbs. NEED mirrors in bedroom. TV didn’t work in one bedroom, the other bedroom occupants didn’t even try tv .

The location of this home was ideal for any guest, in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to any attraction you are looking into! The home was beautiful and spotless, it smelled very fresh as soon as we walked in. The pool was crystal clear our entire stay, the grapefruit tree was a huge plus as well! Try one, they really were delicious (coming from someone who doesn’t usually care for grapefruit). Plenty of room for 8 guest or even 10! I cannot say enough positive things, even the host was amazing. A quick response to any question or request I had, with nothing but kindness! 10/10. In addition, there were plenty of household items that you really don’t have to bring much of your own, including a coffee pot, washer and dryer, seasonings, pots and pans, and even a grilled cheese maker with a Snoopy character design!

My one and only “complaint” if I could say that is that the TVs were hard to figure out. The living room had 5 remotes and they weren’t labeled, I could only get Netflix on that tv because I didn’t want to spend all day trying to figure it out. One bedroom we tried to get the tv to work and struggled. The other bedrooms the tv was great but the remotes were picking and choosing when they wanted to work! Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The location was just what we needed. The house had what appeared to be a nice backyard and pool, although we didn’t use these. Like most short term rentals, it was furnished and equipped minimally but sufficiently.

The refrigerator is a minimalist model, with no water dispenser and no ice maker. The second bathroom toilet didn’t flush initially and I had to remove the tank lid and manipulate the mechanism manually to get it working. The water in the second bathroom shower never got fully hot. The deadbolt mechanisms on the front door and front screened gate were both difficult to use, and got worse, to the point we had to leave them unlocked when we went out. I had trouble with the internet / WiFi, although that also got resolved with some help from the property manager. This is not the owner’s fault, but we initially were going to have three people (all siblings) using three bedrooms, but wound up with only two. As such, this was much more expensive than a couple of hotel rooms would’ve been.
